General Office hours:

• Monday thru Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Dr. Tripp appointment hours:

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Dave Mudge P.A. appointment hours:

• Monday thru Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:20 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Insurance and Billing

We accept Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, Mutual of Omaha, Employee Benefits, Medicare, Humana, Lifeprint, Secure Horizons, Golden Rule, and Great West. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, Visa, or Mastercard. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
